Meet RACHEL
Two things to know about me: I love to share, and I love a system.
Building things that actually matter is important to me. I love when deeply impactful work makes it out into the world and changes the tide. That being said, I've always been just as interested in what makes that work sustainable behind the scenes: the systems, decisions, and structure that allow ideas to grow without overwhelming the people building them.
Now, I build systems behind meaningful work to help creative entrepreneurs build businesses that keep the heart of what they do at the center of all they do, with the backend structure to support it.

The people in my life know that I love to share. What I'm loving, what's working, what *isn't* working, and just about anything else that happens to come across my mind.
So, it's not surprising that I've made sharing a core part of my life - whether that's sharing celebrations with my high school seniors that I photograph, sharing insights to streamline business backends, or even just sharing the top 5 things that made my life easier this week.
My background in theatre and the creative arts shaped how I see the world: stories matter, people matter, and the work we build should reflect who we are.
As a stage manager, my role wasn’t to be on stage — it was to build the structure that allowed the production to succeed. I coordinated rehearsals, aligned crews, built production timelines, and held the framework that allowed creative vision to come to life. I learned early that meaningful work doesn’t thrive on talent alone — it thrives on intentional structure behind the scenes.
I started noticing that instinct show up everywhere. Whether leading digital strategy, building backend workflows, or designing operational systems for growing brands, I kept seeing the same pattern:
The most talented, purpose-driven creatives weren’t struggling with vision — they were struggling with structure. Brilliant ideas were getting buried under disorganized workflows, reactive systems, and burnout.
And I was wired to build what was missing.
I don’t just love creative work. I love how it functions. I see the moving parts. I anticipate friction. I design systems that allow vision to scale without chaos.
Now, I design the systems behind meaningful work — helping creative entrepreneurs build intentional backend structures that reduce overwhelm, increase clarity, and create sustainable momentum behind their work.

You probably won't find a week where my "On Repeat" playlist on Spotify is missing musical theatre. I'm often obsessing over the latest show headed to Broadway or the West End, with zero shame about it.
I'm a huge arts education advocate and I love teaching theatre marketing & stage management workshops!

My entrance into the entrepreneurial world was as a Senior Photographer! I run Hi Friends Photo Co, where I get to celebrate all the fun milestones of being a high school senior with the sweetest kids around.
It's taught me so much about business, leadership, and the importance of kiddos having people that believe in them deeply! Dream job!!

Don't write me off...but I just don't love coffee. I'm a tea gal through and through! I love a loose-leaf tea and find myself being really protective of the moments where I get to slow down and brew a cup.
